One of the ‘customer psychological blocks’ when it comes to products of this type is, ‘Is this just another gimmick?’ The simple, and albeit, right answer is ‘No!’, but that’s what every salesman is taught to say. By taking the step of developing a strategically designed brand identity, Akwa Cell Industries understood that customers want more than mere sales talk; customers want to trust and truly believe that what they’re about to purchase is not just a gimmick.
